PowerPoint, YouTube and I

On June 22, I gave a talk about the West Memphis case at Laman Library in North Little Rock. I tried to present a concise explanation of this preposterous case in order to outline the legal situation at present. The staff videotaped it and put it on YouTube the next day. Yesterday they told me that, in two weeks, that talk has been viewed almost a thousand times. Here’s a link to that library talk.

On a related note, 48 Hours will be re-airing their program on the case at 9 p.m. CDT on Saturday, July 24.

The West Memphis Three. Avslutning?

Knut Gigstad, of the University of Bergen in Norway, recently contacted Lonnie Sourie and me for a four-part series about the West Memphis case he produced for the campus radio station. If you’d like to hear how an account of this case sounds in Norwegian, check out: Studentradioen i Bergen. And while you’re there, why not send Knut a note of thanks. I promise, his English is better than our Norwegian.
